When I tried to export a Print PDF earlier today in MALALA Theming, it continuously exported the Digital PDF Version despite only the Print PDF box being checked. It appears that this issue was raised last year when a similar exporting error was noted.
Is this a system error that needs to be resolved?
Hi @calebjackson1999 thanks for reporting this. I see what you’re describing here and it appears to be a new error that needs to be resolved on our side. We’ll work on addressing this as soon as we can and will let you know when this is fixed.
Hi @calebjackson1999 just following up to say this issue is now resolved: when you export new PDFs, they will contain the expected formatting now. Thanks again for flagging this and sorry for the inconvenience earlier.
