Since a week or two, images to the media library are not getting uploaded. We are able to add new images using “Add New” but they vanish and media library stays empty. Thanks.
Hi @Sana_Ahmad can you provide more details about where you are experiencing this issue? Are you self hosting the open source version of Pressbooks or are you using pressbooks.pub? If you’re self-hosting, can you provide the contents of the diagnostics page from your network? If you’re using pressbooks.pub, what’s the book URL you’re trying to add media to?
Hello @SteelWagstaff. The issue got resolved. I believe we had an upgrade two days ago and the media libraries in all our projects had vanished and the file upload was not functioning as it should. Things seem back to normal. I work at a university and we have the Pressbooks Enterprise Network. Thanks!
