I’m currently the customer experience lead at Pressbooks, and previously served as product manager. Before joining Pressbooks, I worked for several years as an educational technology consultant and an English instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which is also where I earned a Ph.D. in English Literature and a master’s degree in Library and Information Studies. Beyond my family, my great loves are poetry (especially the work of the “Objectivists”), music, vegetarian food, and playing pickup soccer.
