Visual Editor Display Problem

Hi All,

We are having an issue with one of our books (the others seem to be fine): the Visual Editor is showing only a small amount of content, all right-justified. There are no options to scroll and see the rest of the content. It seems to be showing a paragraph halfway down the page. All the content is there in preview, and in the code view (which does scroll). This is happening with every page in this book.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix for it?

Hi Catherine,
The most likely answer here is that there is some HTML or CSS code that needs fixing in the chapter. As an Institutional Manager you can write to Premium Support for questions like this. You can also share the book URL here and we can take a closer look.

But also as a first thing I would recommend trying is to see whether the issue persists if you remove all Custom CSS from Appearance > Custom Styles > Web. If the issue goes away, then you can try to re-add the Custom CSS in portions.

Thanks for answering. We have removed all the CSS, and the problem remains, but we have cloned the book, and the clone is working properly.
