As there is currently no index feature, it would be very helpfull to be able to use the glossary feature to create an index in the printed book. Currently there is no other way than to create an index at the very last moment before going to print by hand…I think the only thing that is missing for a simple index (no grouping, no sub-index) are during export in the exported xhtml links from the created glossary to the places in the content where the glossary terms are inserted to. Would that make sense?

Has any progress been made on how to include an index for those who would print the text? I apologize if it’s in the Help & Support guides as it appears those servers aren’t allowing me access right now.
