Trouble with Two-level Table of Contents

Hey there,

I’m currently working with a group that’s facing some challenges with their two-level table of contents. For whatever reason, the sub-headings (all in H1) don’t appear in the table of contents for some reason; instead, they appear in the book as Headings with a plus sign next to it, with the content beneath it buried.

Any idea on how to fix this?

You may have the “collapse sections” box checked in the Appearance > Theme Options > Web Options menu checked. See the web options section in the user guide or the attached screenshot. Hope that helps!
