Removing default text on book creation

We have hosted our own pressbook, now we wanted to have the following customization

1.When we create book, the default dummy text gets loaded into the book like Introduction, Chapter 1 and Appendix. We wanted to remove this and load empty book…how can we do this.

2.In Appearance → Ebook Options, by default “Indent paragraphs” selected, we want the default selection to be “Skip lines between paragraphs”…How can we do this.

How about creating an empty book the way you like it and then clone that book each time you want to create a new one?

The idea is to reduce number of steps and save time, Your idea does not help in that.
