At our PUG this week I offered to share the spreadsheet I have been using at the University of Washington when we receive a “this email is no longer valid” reply when contacting book Admins.
This isn’t perfect, but it’s a way for me to categorize and have a plan of action for these former faculty/students when we can no longer reach them. Here is a template version of the spreadsheet - please feel free to copy this if you find it useful.
