Afther the activation I have a message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Dependencies missing. Please run 'composer install' from the root of the Pressbooks Stats plugin directory.
Maybe we can write some extra information for the installation, like the composer command
composer require pressbooks/pressbooks-stats
