Pressbooks content in multiple languages - is this possible?

I am about to create a book of student-published stories by English language learners that will have stories written both in English and their native languages. Does Pressbooks have the ability to change the language per chapter of a book? How would I do this if so? It will be a start to a new series we are going to create on dual language readers.

Did you ever solve this question?
I translated an English book into Japanese and was able to mix Japanese and English text on the same page without any issues. It seems that Pressbooks follows the languages installed on your PC. So if you have both English and French installed, you should be able to write in both languages on the same page.

Help Doug. I did figure out how to import content on multiple languages and now able to create multi-language reader. I realize the settings reflected the languages that could be imported.
