I’m writing regarding the Pressbook I published in 2023 (https://pressbooks.pub/chin330/). The book is still listed in your catalog; however, the link no longer works. Reed College’s library has renewed access for the book and plans to continue renewing it. However, when I logged into my account, I was unable to see the book there. Our librarian mentioned they have contacted your company three times through different channels over the past two weeks but have not received a response. I would appreciate it if someone could assist in resolving this issue.
I see that the subscription for this book expired in August of this year, and has not been renewed. I will bring it to our support people to see what might have happened with that, and we will get back to you shortly.

They said they renewed for the book. There must be some kind of tech issue.

We’ve just sent you an email with more detailed information. But in short, we had received a request from the Library to cancel the subscription and did so. We have reactivated the book and extended the free trial to give you a couple of weeks to resubscribe to the book again. Feel free to reply to our email if you have any questions.
