Importing CNX content

I’m trying to import a text from OpenStax CNX to Pressbooks using the CNX import feature, using the zip file of the page. For some reason, the import will only recognize about 9 chapters of the text.

Has anyone else run into this issue? I really want to avoid manually importing each page…

Hi Allison,

If you feel comfortable, could you open an issue on github? https://github.com/BCcampus/pressbooks-openstax-import/issues

There is a predictable nesting level that cnx books follow with parts and chapters…this book doesn’t follow that pattern, so there is some work to be done to the import routine for exceptions like this.
