I tried to created internal hyperlinks according to the Pressbooks user guide (https://guide.pressbooks.com/chapter/adding-hyperlinks-internal-and-external/), but in PDF no Hyperlink shows up. This is my content in the chapter with slug /demo/chapter/hep/:

I use latest McLuhan. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

OK, I found out myself: In the PDF for digital distribution the hyperlink is there. So it is only missing in Print PDF. Probably due to PDF/A Standard.
