How are you hosting ancillary resources?

Hi everyone,

Looking way back at my introduction post I made a note about providing ancillary resources (e.g. slide decks) with Pressbooks projects. In previous projects I’ve used the media library (not ideal for slide decks for obvious storage reasons), and a colleague of mine has used OneDrive previously as well (also not ideal given how complicated permissions can be if you can’t just set a folder to public).

My question to this group is how are you hosting and providing ancillary resources for your Pressbooks projects?

We’ve been thinking a lot about this question! We are currently looking at creating a google site that would house the ancillaries with the corresponding docs/slide decks stored on our program’s google drive. The google site helps us organize the ancillaries in a way that will make sense to the user.

I’m curious what other folks do as well!
