Google Analytics

I’m eager to see if people are visiting/reading my book. But I don’t see any baked-in analytics… so I Googled “analytics pressbooks”, and found a page that detailed how to add a Google Analytics key to my book… Click on SETTINGS » NETWORK and add it there. Only: there is no NETWORK under settings and I can’t find anything like it elsewhere.

Has Google Analytics support been discontinued? Is there something to replace it? I just want to know that all the money I’m spending on advertising the book is actually working.

Hi @dcharrison the instructions you found are for people who are running their own Pressbooks networks (they can configure Google Analytics at the network level, rather than on a book by book basis). Google Analytics is not currently available for individual books published on Pressbooks.com.
