Maybe scare too much all that alerts. We need information, but maybe in that way is too agresive.
I don´t need the most of that features and maybe other people don´t too. Maybe we can offer all the information in the same alert in a more general way.
I think you make a very good point @colomet. I haven’t looked at the code here, but @ned, perhaps there’s a way to make these warnings come up in just one line instead. Something like:
“Some dependencies for PDF, EPUB, and MOBI export could not be found. Please verify that you have completed the installation instructions.”
