A lot of images have “disappeared” from our books. These are only displayed with the small image icon and the file name, but no longer as a real image. They can also no longer be found in the media database. We suspect that these images were all uploaded by the same person that no longer works for us. Have any of you ever had the same problem or can anyone confirm this?
