Critical error

Hi, every time I try to open my book from my catalog I get a “critical error” message. I can’t view the book in Admin mode at all anymore. I’ve restarted my computer and that didn’t help. I cleared the cache and that didn’t help. What else can I try and are other people having this issue? Thank you!
