The link from My Books>Create A New Book is directed to ~/wp-signup.php instead of ~/network/new-site.php. so nobody can create a new site, except through the Network admin.
Both sites and user accounts can be registered.
Can anyone help?
Hey @cmadland that looks normal to me – when you visit that URL as a logged in user, you should see a ‘Create a New Book’ page. Here’s what I see running when I visit ~/wp-signup.php running latest version of Pressbooks:
