Hi @Waltonl – they can simply change their user email address (if needed), set (or reset) their user account password and login with the standard Pressbooks user login (available at https://westernsydney.pressbooks.pub/wp-login.php). Because you’ve set the ‘log in’ link to redirect directly to your institution’s log in page, you’d need to share that login URL with them directly, or else they won’t know about it and will continue to be redirected to your institution’s SSO login page, which won’t work for them if they don’t have an active NetID at your school.
