I have some authors who would like to use the auto ‘contributors’ back matter page in the front matter instead. Has anyone figured out a way to do this? ---

@aservice I don’t think it’s possible right now. When we built the feature, we only built support for ‘contributors’ as a back matter type (I think because that’s where Chicago Manual of Style said contributors were supposed to be displayed): [Contributors back matter and improvements refactor by arzola · Pull Request #2336 · pressbooks/pressbooks · GitHub](https://github.com/pressbooks/pressbooks/pull/2336). I can see a use case for allowing as a front matter type, however. I think we’d need to open a feature request for that. @aservice I forgot to post here when we released this, but as of Pressbooks 6.34.0 (or later) you can now add Contributors as a front matter type ([feat: add Contributors as an allowed front matter type by SteelWagstaff · Pull Request #4231 · pressbooks/pressbooks · GitHub](https://github.com/pressbooks/pressbooks/pull/4231)). It works more or less the way that Contributors as a back matter type did previously. Let us know if you run into any issues! ---
