Hi! I’m on my third textbook and I’ve never had this issue. I clicked “Add Media File” and tried to upload a PDF. I get one of two messages: “This file cannot be processed by the web server.” or “Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type.” The file is 180KB and is a PDF of a student’s example paper (i.e., a Word document that was converted to PDF). We’ve done this with many papers, but for some reason it is no longer allowing us to add this document.
