Hello! We are unable to log in to our accounts here at OKState, and are also not receiving an error message or prompt to reset passwords. Have tried multiple devices, browsers, and restarting. Is anyone else experiencing this today? And sorry if U am missing the forum or not setting the topic appropriately.
Hi @KathyEssmiller thanks for reporting – appears that there was an issue with the redis cache for your network. We’ve cleared/reset it and it appears to be functioning as expected again for us. Can you confirm that things are looking good on your side?
