Hi [@EDU\_Managers](https://pressbooks.community/groups/edu_managers), we’re excited to remind you that we’ll be hosting our first ever Pressbooks User Group (PUG) meeting next week. **Please join us at 9am PDT/12pm EDT/4pm GMT on Tuesday, May 5 to discuss your approaches to onboarding and supporting new end users** and help shape what this group becomes. What to expect: - **Welcome & introduction** (10 min) – @Jenn_Martin and I will introduce this month’s topic and share some resources. Our honorary mascot (Dibu) will likely make his first appearance here 🐶 . - **Thematic discussion / showcase** (10 min) – We’ve invited Seyed Abdollah Shahrokni (@shahrokni) from Texas A&M and Kirstine McDermid (@Kirstine_McDermid) from the University of Leeds provide some ideas and advice on the topic. - **Open forum & peer exchange** (25 min) – Attendees discuss the topic further: ask questions, share current practices, challenges, and ideas.
