I am unable to get the cover generator to work. When I click on the buttons, it says “creating barcode,” and then at the top it says “File is empty. Please upload something more substantial.” I did see that another person posted the same issue and said that removing the ISBN worked, but that solution is not working for me.
Hi Heather, I see that you also contacted us via email. I can also see that there were some covers generated today. So let’s follow up on the email thread and try to resolve it there if the issue remains.
